“The only definition of a leader is someone who has followers” – Drucker Foundation 1996

Leadership is one of the most important issues facing our time, as we move into a world of greater uncertainty.

Increasingly, it isn’t enough for a leader to be an expert in her or his field. Leadership requires having a way of being such that others will follow, and for that to happen, leadership is about much more than just a technical ability.

True leadership requires a deep understanding of one’s emotional and physical presence and how that affects others. People will follow leaders, not because of the leaders’s technical ability or knowledge, but because of the leader’s emotional and physical presence.

Join us for a lively and experiential evening of exploration of what it means to be a fully present and authentic leader in your professional and personal life.

"You are very knowledgeable about coaching in my opinion and you express your knowledge with clarity and humility. You are great at holding the attention of your audience too. That seems a lot like emotional intelligence, the bedrock on which all good coaches must stand." - Sir John Whitmore – author of “Coaching for Performance”
